We have recently awarded Jim the contract to build and install the railings for our home in Hinton. Jim has done an excellent job of assisting us in the construction of the stairs as well as providing us with an excellent product.
We can only say that your installer, Harold, is one of the very best craftsmen we have had in our home in the entire course of construction. He has made a very difficult staircase into a work of art. Harold has been great personally as well as professionally.

We would like to express our appreciation for the personal service we received from your salesman, Jim Kureluk. He was so pleasant and understanding to our needs in regard to our renovations. An oak spiral staircase was installed in our home and we are so pleased with the craftsmanship.

In a world that is becoming more and more automated and impersonal, it was a pleasure to have a person that had the time and patience to work in our house. Will, in our opinion, must be an enormous asset to your company. He has all the qualities that we can only dream of in most trades persons.
We understand that your system is based on piecework; this at times can be detrimental to quality and in turn customer satisfaction. With Will, we felt he always had time for us; all our questions did not appear to inconvenience him. All the time he worked in our house we had a good feeling, a feeling of pride in workmanship. I would like to thank you and everyone at your organization who contributed to the installation of the stairs and railings at our new home. From the start, we could count on you for straight advice and willingness to take the time to present and evaluate all the options. We came back from vacation and were pleasantly welcomed by a nice piece of workmanship, which we knew was not an accident. The way the oak railings were assembled and fitted, the neat stringers, capping and precise trim throughout, all show craftsmanship and pride that are hard to come by these days. Even the way the spindles were laid out and installed is beautiful and so clean.
