Depending upon design, you will normally gain useable SQ. footage with a circular stair.

We suggest that you initially contact us at planning stage. We will work with your architect / draftsperson to insure that your stair or railing system will fit into your plans.

For construction grade stair carriages, we suggest that your framing crew install the stair carriage as this type of stair can be installed during the framing stage and won't be damaged due to being exposed to weather conditioning. For all other premanufactured stair carriages, we recommend that Artistic personnel install them. These type of hardwood furniture grade stair carriages require the site to be completely weather proofed.

95% of our stairs will go through a standard entry door. We will advise you if an alternate entry is required.

Installation occurs after ceilings are textured and walls are primed. We require at least two weeks notice to schedule your installation.

Ideally, beside the main stair, although our installation staff will work with all your trades to make it easier for everyone to complete their work.

Once all of our materials are installed, we do a final sanding that will create some dust accumulation.

The homeowner / contractor is responsible for the finishing of the stairs / railings.

For over-all quality of the finished product we will not install any prefinished wood material.

We offer standard colors of powder-coating, with custom colors available upon request.
