Wendy and I felt it was worth taking time out of our very busy schedules to put down on paper a few very positive thoughts and observations.

In a world that is becoming more and more automated and impersonal, it was a pleasure to have a person that had the time and patience to work in our house. Will, in our opinion, must be an enormous asset to your company. He has all the qualities that we can only dream of in most trades persons.

We understand that your system is based on piecework; this at times can be detrimental to quality and in turn customer satisfaction. With Will, we felt he always had time for us; all our questions did not appear to inconvenience him. All the time he worked in our house we had a good feeling, a feeling of pride in workmanship. This is very rare and a special quality.

We wish your company many more years of success and with Will working for you, this should be a breeze.
